I might have developed an emotional attachment to this one but the only place I have read bads things about DMX is on HC.
Jon may be pulling the wool over my eyes but 2 brokers I deal with also seem to think there is more value in this baby than reflected by the market price. As an aside do you know of any director that has bought shares in the co over the past year?
The other bit of info/rumour I have heard is they are very close to securing a contract which will require capital, hence the placement. This info will apparently be outlined in the prospectus.
