    Criminals have the right to silence and cant be coerced to give evidence.
    Publicly releasing phone conversations between Glady's and her partner when they could be heard in private.you would not like your private phone calls played for everyone to hear if they had nothing to do with the case.
    The ICAC can coerced evidence and it cannot be used in a criminal case,politicians need to be held accountable and so does ICAC,so far there have been around 124 people who have had their names dragged through the mud then when there is nothing found there is no recourse for the reputational damage and not even exoneration by ICAC.
