    Good stuff Fluxmaker thanks for taking the time to compare the 2 deal structures. Ours does look much better and having the seller on board as an equity partner keeps him on our side and cancels the risk of any pullout on his part.

    You are either an insomniac or based outside Australia.

    I am abroad too currently in Kiev - just finished work now and am off down the pub.
