Why would otto offer a great script offer for nido at the detriment of its current shareholders. 70% of otto is held by the top 20 so I can't see an offer. ( if it ever eventuates) being of great benefit to nido holders. I can't see a problem if the script offer was structured to reflect current market caps of the companies however.
