Though I like the stock and the sector I agree that the system PHY have put in place for a tackover sale is very unusual. Has anyone seen such a process before?
It is the sector that is overvalued more than PHY itself. There is uncertainty over carbon credits and this translates into a bigger risk/return ratio for the entire sector.
