Let's get this straight :
nothing to sell if allowed to sell until 08 and the Kyoto agreement expiring in 2012
nothing to conclude that non signatories will be able to sell credits which would defeat the purpose of the accord if non signing smoke blowers can sell their carbon credits.
no suggestion, in fact clear indication that Australia and the USA will ever have anything to do with Kyoto or anything in the future marketting carbon credits.
a big baloney suggestion that there is a powerhouse auction underway. How could there be with one broker only buying the stock and in insignficant real quantities.
the hype of value created by suggesting that a high production cost small company virtually languishing is suddenly valuable on the back of a carbon credit system it probably can't take part in.
I think the big auction story is a fairytale.
