I'm not quite sure what format the store will follow. I guess it may be like the one in Hobart, fresh and frozen salmon, local condiments etc. foodie type store. The store in Hobart has large fillets of salmon I was keen to buy one, but we were travelling light and couldn't store it, shame, looked tasty.
