if FMS were delisted then other parties might express interest as a mechanism to erode TODDS proposed enterprise thus extending the newcomers empire , unfortunately that will not help current holders, still think TODD are dragging this out to preserve cash, its all a watch and wait game unless contracts for i/o
take an upwards leap then most certainly it will be "seize the day" however that might well be 2 years away and a big "if" unless viability and financing are strongly tied to grading??? more big "ifs"
