I will say I think the revised price offer announcement could have been done with a trading halt as that dawn raid picked up quite a few shares that perhaps would not have traded if the holders were given reasonable notice, less than 1 hour on a Monday morning was a bit average to say the least. That rests on FMS Board's shoulders as they should have sought a halt from the ASX.
