This report is dated 13/09/2009. In terms of Australian dollars, the 10% reduction has already happened due to the appreciation of the Australian Dollars against the Greenback. Capex is quoted in USD. Our Share price is AUD. Provided the Capex has not changed, the Aussie dollar cost of this Capex is now considerably less.

Altough I haven't checked the Xrate when the report is dated I expect that the appreciation is already much more than 10%
