So .. the other factory has control over our power and doesn't have to notify us?
hmmm, With this leading to an explosion , 10 injured, and a death. I would like to think that a lawsuit would be pending. Not sure how things work over in china, but this other factory HAS to be held accountable for it's actions.

This can never happen again, and they should be footing the bill for repairs at the very least...
