users can't transfer their position because Superhero doesn't support individual HIN. but the platform blame this on the incompetence of peers
you gotta think twice when company comes up with dodgy explanations as such
also thinking of the switching costs, it is very hard for one to switch broker if they can't transfer holdings. Doesn't make any sense to sell all existing positions with their current broker, so they can onboard with Superhero.
