ADO stated previously:
My estimations are: Earn Out (€4,322,000), Vendor Finance: the next payment (€1,090,601) & balance outstanding (€3,850,000) for a Total of €9,262,601 (AU$13,698,461).
In my opinion, the best way to clear the Earn Out payment and the Vendor Finance Facility would be to sell the DIAsource business.
I am hoping this is what they will do but the deferral of the Earn Out payment, has me less certain that this is what they will do. They appear to have ruled out a Convertible Note (thankfully) and I have doubts at this late stage as to whether shareholders would approve a highly dilutive CR.
