DIAsource should not be sold , its making lots of money and growing rapidly, paying Anteo bills and selling Anteo products through 75 countries , growing income is key to success ,buying DIA was a great move , just the financing was not , look to announcements for information not hearsay.

Now Anteo can look to finalise the corporate activities it has been undertaking and clear the Earn Out payment and the Vendor Finance Facility.

Finalise corporate activities for the DIA vendors repayment in full, meaning no capital raising and Anteo / DIA vendors are confident of repayment.

Energy Listing on NAZDAQ and partner or Cook partner/payment ?
there was a pre listing on the NAZDAQ a year ago then withdrawn a few months later , needed stronger patents to protect IP by the looks of it.

Significant progress has been made in 2015/16 in securing and strengthening Anteo’s IP position in energy.
Three (3) patent applications in the energy field have been filed. The first progressed to PCT stage in April,
2016. The International Search Report and the Examiner’s Written Opinion consider all of the claims of this
application to be both novel and inventive. Two other provisional applications are scheduled to progress to
PCT stage by March 2017.

Im with you on your post but IMO the company has been forced into selling the business and ADO will come out the other side with no debt and $10m-$15m. Someone wants this as low as possible to solidify their deal and starve the company of a potential capital raising ! IMO
I came to this conclusion a few weeks ago and sold all I had at .021¢ as I have better things to bid on than leaving my cash in libo with a deal that should never had happened under the old management.

under .01¢ coming imo. Shocking effort on communication !
