    And rather than do the whole testing process sequentially as SG suggested, these guys are savvy enough to know that "time to market" will be one of the key determinants of financial success.

    Maybe that's why NXR brought forward the $450k payment as an early part payment of the latest tranche - to cover the costs associated with the Iris development and an earlier commencement to testing.
