Here is a question that someone may be able to answer. ?This deal has been on going for 8 months. There has been an announcement that the deal had been finalised subject to shareholder approval.

Meeting was held on Monday to approve issue of 100,000,000 shares and the inclusion of the new director. Notice was issued of new director and his 100,000,000 shares occurred Tuesday. How is the company able to come out and say the deal is off. Something not quite right here. There is more to this than meets the eye. Tuesday will be interesting.
