Has any of these wonderfully "honest & upright citizens" made any attempt yet to clarify how when where and why this dodgy scheme was made?
I have not heard anything yet myself so maybe I missed it?
Buying back water rights which were effectively worthless, at ridiculous prices amounting to $80 million OF TAXPAYER MONEY, by politicians who were advised against it seems to indicate it is a fraudulent deal of the highest order.
