Well according to the Ann the GSW platform is meant to work with CBA's Albert which would affect customers and also this impacts CBA's reputation doesn't it?
I mean If i were the CBA and after the rough year they had in the news etc I would want to stay out of controversial situations and if this is all lies etc then this would definitely count as that.
Happy to discuss or be proven wrong I'm genuinely trying to find answers and make sense of it all
