Well according to the Ann the GSW platform is meant to work with CBA's Albert which would affect customers and also this impacts CBA's reputation doesn't it?
Wouldn't have thought so if CBA say they hadn't even got to trial stage yet. Which customers would have been affected? Which customers would even know anything about it? I bank with Bendigo Bank and have no idea who they are partnered with in their back-end processes. I have no idea who developed their customer website and funnily enough I don't care.
