Interesting you posted IIF in the property trust sector … won’t do any thing remarkable but as I understand it, owns quite a bit of land.
Then development is required with a new tenant the developments can return up to 15%.
This could/may/should drive earning at least with the inflation rate or above considering the yield not a bad investment.
Much better than buying well in most cases existing buildings as the profit will come to the trust not the original developer.
Just a few thoughts but do you own research.
