Surf if management are such bunnies how did they come up with the biggest new discovery in Australia in the last decade? They didn’t buy it that’s for sure. Your comment about the company’s stratergy “They have just maintained the status qo and kept on drilling” Isn’t that a pretty good strategy if you think a takeover is imminent then wouldn’t you want to add as much immediate value in real resources as possible?
Management have been with this company for the last 10 years they’d have a very long and loyal shareholder list not just the spivs that have come along in the last year or so also if you’ve been closely following the company you would know that they have had Azure Capital retained as corporate advisers since GFA come on board, yes Turf they are M&A experts the board haven’t disclosed their strategy to the market (and GFA) to appease the MOB I think is a very smart move!
