a final call to the board

Let’s pretend all is forgiven (cough! maybe not really!)but...

Here's a final call to the Oz Board.....

They say you are exhausted with all fire gone from the belly
Your reputation, in many eyes, is in tatters
Your company is nearly wiped out
Yes your shareholders are not happy and many see, you the board, as being much of the problem for the situation

…On June 30 you currently will be able to go home, the stress gone, the shareholders shutdown, the company all but destroyed… but your reputation will be shot!

You say you have worked hard, you say you have operated with shareholders as your priority, you say you have been judged wrongly…well here is a last ditch opportunity for you to turn the sentiment of so many - here is a call for one last effort; one last show of determination; one last drive to the line!!

There is now the potential to increase the offer for Oz shareholders, either through Minmetals or RBC. Are you up to it?....Will you wake up on July 1 and be able to say to yourself that irrespective of what others think, you left no stone unturned, no semblance of strength left on the field; or will you simply say thank goodness it is over??

You believe your shareholders (and many in the industry) are judging you harshly at the moment, but are you prepared to stand up and give that one final effort which champions are made of…and would redeem so much for you?

The stress can be gone on June 30 - or the stress can be gone just a couple of weeks later - with far greater satisfaction, pride and respect……
