Thumbs mean nothing mate. The property forum has been hijacked big time. Full of jealous fools who have lost their money on dog stocks and then come on here to rant and rave.

This property forum is in a bad place, it's getting worse everyday, sounds like a few need to meet up at the local boxing ring for an "exercise session".
I was thinking about starting a thread the other day on property investment strategies about increasing asset base whilst lowering LVR, but then I thought there is no point. Only about 20% of people would be interested, the other 80% will just want to laugh at me saying I'm about to loose all my money in a crash which is apparently happening before my eyes. The conversation would be pointless, I should just go talk to the big mango tree in my back yard.
Anyway, I'm on the net so I may as well just go back to looking a photographs of naked ladies!
