With the Insto gifted/placed shares included, the MC now stands at A$1.5b. The SP ~$2.09.

For the full 2024 "transitioned" year ending 31Dec24, we're looking at FCF over $1b and perhaps A$1.1b.

This would mean our "transitioned" FCF/MC% ratio would be over 73% (1.1/1.5*100) now.

With stand alone Brazil asset, we were worth A$1.3b. The GOM asset cost A$1.1b. Surely the new MC should be A$2.4b. SOI will stand at 800m, so the SP should be $3.00.

That would still represent a FCF/MC% of 46%. Still extremely high by industry standards.

I tend to agree with all of lilac, McQuade and AustinNZ points they've made about shorting. Shorting encourages price discovery but it also enables market manipulation.

The current SP appears out of whack with fundamentals.

State Street. Say no more.

US policy is to stimulate world oil production and supply but ... NIMBY.

Is GOM really a tier 1 asset? Especially with the recent oil spill there off the Louisiana coast.

Yet the KAR BOD said, the CR was critical to get this asset as they had to move fast?
