Some good news?
I've been disappointed to see production drop to ~27Kblspd for a week there. I notice we're back up to near 30 from last nights data.
I was watching a Bloomberg guest commentator rave about low to mid tier oilers having outrageous FCF to MC % ratios. One he promoted was as high as 40%. He said he expected that ratio to come down in the next few months. Perhaps even as low as 10%.
I see KAR with a current MC of A$1.3b and with FCF for the coming 12 months of over A$800m at current prices.
Sure you can mention EV is a little different with a contingent deferred acquisition liability of over A$300m. Why not include a contingent asset of $200m for the deferred Browse sale proceeds. Nothing for Neon?
The current basic FCF/MC% for KAR is over 60% by my reckoning.
Recent macro events are NYMEX stirring the PoO.
China continues to import record amounts of Oil and expand storage levels as if they're expecting a WW3 event. Will the middle east nations continue to stand idle as Israel genocides the Gaza population? The BRICS+++ next step?
The PoO is about to hit the fan.
