@AndyRoo a lot smarter than me the way you backed up your comments. I was an excited buyer today not sure of if it will go lower but know I will be laughing at some stage in the future. Hoping not to have a big capital raise in short term but don’t mind if cashflow accretive and diversify’s single asset risk
