Directors and senior management have a responsibility to the company NOT the shareholders. A point often missed on HC.

Pray tell, what have Range directors and management done wrong? They have been open and honest in their anns. Why they even noted the instability in Puntland, and the risks in their anns last year!!!!! Not too many do that eh?
