    Reupe ol' boy, are you accusing the board of having something to do with this downramping person and therefore breaching statutory duties? s. 182 & 183 come to mind if that's what you're on about .....

    You're obviously well within your rights to table a resolution, but I would have thought there's a timeframe of a couple of months. Do you have that long?
