As stated 'staff' cutbacks have already occurred in many departs via a redundancy type scheme, this is very well known by all employees as anyone over 50 could apply and be accepted. No current information has been released that would suggest further losses. At worst it would be based on local issues rather than BSL as a whole. That happens with all co's depending on the demographics and market. No real news at all.
