You’d need to wait another maybe 3 years for BFS and construction/mobilisation to be complete, and endure the inevitable lull in Share price as it tracks along the lassonde curve. Who knows what the copper price is doing 4 years from now, once the overburden is removed and the good ore exposed.
Would you not accept a purchase from BHP, (what if the deal included royalties?), and unlock some of that latent in ground value sooner? Lets hazard the sale price being 8 bags from where it is today.
Just putting it out there, not saying there is a right choice or wrong choice.
