Your hypothetical risk list is really not that dissimilar to my actual hit list......for example;

5) One thing you soon experience when working with or for a Lundin related entity, is just how meticulous he is. This was spelt out to me in no uncertain terms by aoi.
6) you could write a book about this one, but rest assured, the operators are up to the challenges that have been overcome thus far, and what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. These operations rely on a lot of SASR buddies retiring into swanny ops such as these. They are a cake walk by comparison to their Army experiences. That doesn't detract from the tasks at hand here...just a comparative.
7)The contingency stratagies that are in place are sound and include a very robust series of back up logistic/personnel strategies.. ( Simply contact aoi/rrs rather than crying insider foul at me on this point)
8)A takeover will never be ruled out. Even the Co will tell you that they will entertain all takeover deals. But remember, this Co will only look attractive to a takeover entity if the prize has been realized in some part..a 10 or 20c offer that you would suggest, would accompany scrip in the takeover Co.
9) Problems with the drilling....I recall the California holes that you were involved with well (although delivering KFC and flirting with the roustabouts was not what I would call an inexorable link to the O&G industry) One Sun oil well in particular has had more drills down it over the last 8 years than a perforated root canal.....But this was gimble offset drilling. Punty is down down down without the sideways action. The long and the short of it is,,,,, Colyer is the best there is...period.
