earlandbel's post was hardly questioning ADO, it was a lazy post asking for research to be handed to him/her on a silver platter, driven in part by his/her shortcomings and and emotions dervied from their previous failings with a prior stock.

Either way, all those questions you mentioned have been previously addressed many times over the years and even in recent months. I see you only started to post on ADO in the run up in November 2013, maybe being a new holder yourself you need to go back and do some more research? You will find all your questions would of been adequately answered. I notice also that you've taken up the job of being ADO's devil advocate under the facade of a 'white knight'.
