In my case I am lucky to have written this fiasco off as a complete total lost and I will/can move forward.
But other shareholders wont be so lucky.
Some shareholders lives will be heavily impacted.

Moving forward my main issues with the new management will be

1. To fully explain where things went wrong.
2. Will they be holding persons/ people accountable for their actions thru delving into previous activities.
3. If any illegal practices are found will authorities be notified and action taken against them.

For shareholders to move forward , they will need closure or they will hold resentment against current management for not pursuing regress on shareholders behalf.
