200 to 1 consolidation.
As they are required to go through relisting this gives the price of 20c a share assuming the value was .001.
Safe to assume that future raises, debt conversions and acquisitions costs will be based around this also.
My guess is that current share holders will have approx. 5-10% of the reborn company should it all come together.
