Great response Abbasi a bit too much chest beating going on over the issue IMO and as you say when Govt or the legal system is involved outcomes are in their hands.
FAR believes it has a case and its much better to try but not succeed than to not try at all....with the stakes involved for succeeding it would in fact be a failure not to try....
