How is he meant to offload? There's 19 million in the queue, he'd had to give them away for free with that amount of interest in this company. Looks like people have cottoned on to yesterday's announcement. No money changing hands what looks to me like a Royalty free R and D phase and paying 49% of the operational costs. It's IMO a bad deal.
