One question that should be raised at the AGM is why do we have a highly paid director of Indian operations... except when the deal needs to be done Glen has to fly over to India to lead the charge..
Just saying If you're a Managing Director then one would think you should be managing this process ??
Is the remuneration packages being voted on at the AGM ?
