Upgrade cycles can inflect into downgrade cycles at the blink of an eye. EML has nearly quadrupled within a year, so I would say a lot of the upgrade cycle is baked into the price already. It will need time to chew into its valuation.
That won't prevent it from moving higher based on factors other than fundamentals (momentum chasing, FOMO, index inclusions forcing fundies to buy etc.).
