To re-rate Iberian, Negatively?....I doubt THAT will occur, if the "deal" falls through.
I own IBR ( and a much smaller consideration in TMR )and consider the merger as a business venture that will enhance the prospects of shareholders in BOTH companies.
Your valuations of TMR are purely speculative, but I DO support the idea that the merged entity will have MUCH UPSIDE and develop into a Mid Tier Miner with a SP closer to $1 than 20c.
