Sundance is a different story, of course, but the report highlights a problem in Africa. Can business people rely on the agreements? Is there legal certainty? Politicians in Africa have to prove that they can be trusted. Many Chinese businessmen don't care, they are shady themselves. Let's hope for 2021. Merry Christmas.
