Not sure how much skin the NEN directors have in game > can anyone inform me : looking at the share registry it appears they own very few shares (correct me if I'm wrong)

Generally I have more confidence in board that is prepared to put their pants on the line when it comes to owning a large percentage shares in a company : if a minimal share holding, then the Evoworld board take over seems hard to stop unless the board can convince larger stock holders to commit.
