For what it is worth, my family interests hold 1,126,001 shares in ABU.
We have decided that we will vote NO to all resolutions.
Why?...
We have had no reply to three attempts at contacting management over a number of weeks.
The apparent arrogance of management not to inform shareholders of production performance over the last few months has led to a substantial erosion of value and confidence in management.
