(I assume there was no jury involved.) Maybe his own research could have been of a higher quality. I will also say a court is there to examine, and in some cases to determine, the facts, so to say that maybe someone should have known the "true facts" is a joke because as we can all see, they are still UNDER DISPUTE. Even the Con Court decision has come under criticism. You seem to be living in some sort of fantasy world where all facts are known up front and there would never ever be any disputes and we would never ever need a legal system.
