Butcherboy, in your haste to butcher my post, you misinterpret my meaning of "true facts".
I'm not so stupid to think that the directors "knew" facts that the court had yet to determine. I meant that they knew there were a lot of facts around these court cases that had not been disclosed to shareholders, indeed the very existence of the court cases were not clearly elucidated to shareholders.
A little less defensiveness around this problem may serve you better in your analysis of your position.
