The utter ignorance of MSB among the wider Oz community, even much of the medical community, is simply amazing!
Mind you, the greatest "why" question I have, at the moment, is WHY the Commonwealth doesn't make an interest free LOAN to MSB, to take positive PhII proven MPC-300-IV across multiple pressing unmet medical needs into expedited late-stage trials. Instead, we will continue to pay-out billions in our stretched health budget, to band-aid symptoms!
ohh to have come so far with our "Gorilla" IV application and now just have it sitting on the sideline for the last couple of years - it could be well into its PhIII by now......come on Federal Govt...kick a goal for once and get ahead of the game with the Awesome Aussie Science!
