    It appears that the insurance company will pay for the claimed damage if the liquidator wins the case.


    "In what must have been one of the group's best investments, Babcock & Brown took out premium insurance policies for its directors in the event they would be sued.

    And it appears they now will walk away from the ruins of the collapsed group financially unscathed."
