NAGs can sell off 25% of MAWs shares (9.5m) any time from 24/7/20.

The Agreement was executed on or before 24/3/20, so 4 mths is 24/7/20.

That's now only 11 weeks away.

I actually think they probably will need to cash in the first 25% but NOT the last 75%. Just imo.
