There are sellers at 16c just as Fib said. I also think the ex MD and chairman will want to exit at some point. Maybe not at these prices though (perhaps 20c+). ITs possible the share price just hangs around here until an acquisition is made so people really need to be patient or just wait for the deal to be announced before entering. I expect some drift up prior to news but the real move and volume will be post-acquisition.
