Quarterlies are all termed price sensitive, yet none contain price sensitive information, from what I've seen. They are just a rehash of all ANN's sent to market to date, with a "subsequent events" header or whatever it is, to add to speculation. I notice a lot of members on HC (not in PYC, but elsewhere) rely on Quarterlies to say something spectacular, as shareholders get little to no feedback from the company during the year (unlike PYC, where we do). If Quarterlies ever said anything price sensitive, I am sure there would be a query from the ASX asking why there had not been an ANN for when the price sensitive info occurred.

On PYC's share price, I'm not feeling too uncomfortable yet. In my short time of holding. I've seen better and I've seen worse. The company is welcome to pump it before the meeting. I doubt they will, though, as capital raising are so common and rubber-stamped- I doubt anyone even turns up to those sort of meetings. I figure in a few months, a retail component will be done and hopefully over with, and the company can put out ANN's independently of any CR agenda. By that time, it will be time for another CR. :) Oh well, we will invest in speccy biotechs- they're money-guzzling machines, really.
