ops for mates seems just par for the course these days with capital raisings
Free options are not a normal part of capital raisings. Big corporates certainly don't hand them out, and even with other biotechs they're not usual - none of TIS, ACL, OIL, ACR, etc. handed out options with their last capital raisings.
The only other biotech I know that ended up with two lots of listed options was Chemgenex, and look what's happened there!
